Record your key movements. The proxSafe keyTracer keeps you informed of key issuing and returning. The user simply inserts the key and this records the date and time the key was taken or returned. An integrated card reader provides user identification for fast and efficient traceability of your keys in a busy security environment.

The smallest member in the family is the flexx smart enclosure.

It can be equipped with 8, 16 or 32 proxcylinders, managing up to 32 keys, PC dongles or other valuables to control your physical or computer access.

The proxSafe flexx gives you complete freedom when managing your keys. You can create tailor-made solutions with an infinite number of keys, with a choice of housing size, door option and key panels. If you wish to expand later, you can use blind panels rather than key panels which can be changed at a later date allowing for future expansion of your proxSafe system.

proxSafe maxx has a stylish and compact design, the automatic roller shutter door makes it ideal for confined spaces where a conventional door would be obtrusive. Each cabinet is modular and can store up to 32 keys or valuables. The roller shutter door closes automatically after use and protects keys from sight and access.

proxSafe racx is a modular system with a choice of units for securing keys and valuables electronically. Various cabinet sizes and modular 19” units enable to adapt the system to your personal requirements. For additional security you also have the option to add another door.

key panels

Available in two versions:

16 key positions in single density. The panel sd16 has locking proximity based key cylinders. 32 key positions in double density. The panel dd32 has also locking proximity based key cylinders with the additional feature of "push release" which is very useful to release many keys at the time.

compact key management

proxSafe mini can manage up to eight keys per module.

The automatic door will close immediately after the user has taken or returned a key. It is made of stainless steel and offers protection from unauthorised access.

Laptop Module

This locker is designed to keep laptop computers or documents.

The boxx module is equipped with an automatic closing steel shutter and the contents are monitored by a proxSafe keyTag.

Drawers are available in two sizes with 2 or 4 drawers.

Every drawer can be opened by a soft touch to store car keys, mobile phones, PDAs and other valuables.

The proxSafe pillar is the perfect solution for managing valuables. The lockers are available in a range of sizes ideal for storing tools, laptops, documents, radios and personal belongings. Each locker is equipped with RFID technology to identify the asset contactlessly. To meet the requirements of the customer it can be equipped with e.g. a battery charger, power supply or network connection.

proxSafe weapon pillar is a management safekeeping system for automatic issue and return of weapons.

Every column consists of a number of automatic compartments plus a service compartment for installation and emergency release. These columns are designed as a safekeeping station and are specifically made of 3mm (0.12 inch) thick metal sheets to protect the contents of every compartment.

The commander software is the centre of the entire proxSafe system. All components can be configured and controlled via this program. It allows simple administration of user data, key assignment, restrictions and audit logs. The commander software allows you to control the issue of keys and valuables 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
